Vital Findings’ mandate was to develop new smartphone product concepts for working mothers. Vital Findings delivered a 2,500 person quantitative study, an eight person ethnographic study, a co-creation workshop that encouraged collaboration between clients and consumers, and photorealistic physical renderings of each of the six final concepts.

The goal was to provide a major mobile manufacturer with actionable recommendations for ways to improve upon a typical consumer’s cell phone buying process.
