Katy is passionate about understanding people, their stories, and what drives them to make decisions.
With a background in social sciences and STEM, Katy is well equipped to analyze unique problems and provide Vital Findings with a nuanced perspective. She applies what she’s learned from previous research and projects in machine learning models, economic development, and application development to quantitative and qualitative projects at Vital Findings. Katy discovered her interest in the link between corporate decision making and human behavior while attending Occidental College, where she earned her B.A. in Economics with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
