Susan is intrinsically curious and analytical, which drives her passion for uncovering consumer motivations, behaviors, and emotions to provide actionable insights and data-driven stories.

She brings a deep passion for research and insights coupled with the ability to think critically and creatively about client’s key questions and objectives. Her experience and education is rooted in both quantitative and qualitative skills, interdisciplinary communication, and world media, making her a well- rounded market researcher. Her expertise is in quantitative research, with a focus on advertisement and brand development, attitudinal motivators, multichannel impact, and copy testing. Prior to joining the Vital Findings team, Susan worked for Kantar Millward Brown Digital as a Senior Analyst, where she gained a wide range of research experience in CPG, Automotive, Insurance, Pharma, Airline and other various industries. She earned MS in marketing research from Michigan State University and BA in Communication and Media from The University of Michigan.
