We are looking for a Manager to join our team. You will lead all aspects of project management and analysis, and will take on a consultative role with clients, advising them from methodology to insight.

• Successfully manage quantitative and qualitative projects from start to finish
• Build and adhere to project timelines
• Serve as the last stop for superior data quality across the project; performing advanced quality checking tasks as needed
• Lead the project support team, ensuring progress against deadlines and proactively raising issues for troubleshooting as needed
• Write complex questionnaires and discussion guides
• Oversee project logistics including fieldwork and recruitment
• Conduct qualitative IDIs and ethnographies
• Lead team analysis brainstorms
• Review tab specs ensuring support of a comprehensive analysis
• Analyze the data and build an insightful story that solves for the client’s business challenges
• Create the vision of the final report and oversee its execution, pushing the analysis to the next level
• Write the executive summary and recommendations
• Advise clients on study design and analysis, keeping them updated on progress throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Begin to develop and nurture client relationships as the day-to-day client lead
• Begin to propose and present research solutions to clients in collaboration with senior management

Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in market research or related field
• Strong marketing research skills with an ability to think strategically and critically at each stage of the research process
• Naturally curious, creative, proactive and organized individual with a passion for personal growth and learning
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to advise clients on study approach, data analysis and implications
• A demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and train others
• A demonstrated ability to successfully lead project teams
• Experience with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong understanding and application of statistics (experience with SPSS a plus)
