We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team. You will lead key portions of your projects and will ensure the highest quality while finding key insights and creating a story that addresses a client’s business challenges.

• Write questionnaires and discussion guides, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Check and ensure the accuracy of the program
• Monitor fieldwork and recruitment, proactively raising issues and helping to troubleshoot
• Write and check tabs, identifying necessary banner points for analysis, and weighting data as appropriate
• Interpret data to develop the story that best address a client’s business challenge
• Elevate the research findings to focus on the “so what” and “what now”
• Develop the report shell with clear vision and direction to other team members
• Pull and check data in reports, optimizing data visualization
• Write headlines and coach junior staff on story development
• Write a first draft of the executive summary and recommendations
• Proof deliverables to ensure error-free work
• Perform secondary research to obtain relevant market, product and brand information
• Ensure that questionnaires and analytic frameworks are on target with client objectives
• Build and adhere to project timelines
• Manage vendor relationships
• Develop client communication skills
• Mentor and manage junior team members


• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in market research or related field
• Strong market research skills with an ability to think strategically and critically about solving complex business challenges
• Naturally curious, creative, proactive and organized individual with a passion for personal growth and learning
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
• Ability to take direction from senior management and “run with it”
• A demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and train others
• Experience with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Programs
• Understanding and application of statistics (experience with SPSS a plus)
