Brian believes in the power of research to create change, and uses his experience to guide teams across the tech and entertainment spaces

Brian leads Vital Findings’ technology and entertainment practice, where he applies his 18 years of experience in custom research to deliver impactful insights and strategic recommendations for clients in hyperdynamic industries. He is proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with a focus on market landscapes, customer and buyer journeys, path to purchase, segmentations, and immersive qual. He is also a research leader, coach, and mentor who cultivates a culture of creativity and excellence among his colleagues.

Brian has worked with some of the world’s leading brands, including Microsoft, Warner, Hulu, Amazon, Universal and others. He has helped them understand their customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors, as well as identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. He has also presented his research findings at industry conferences and events. Brian holds a BS in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.
