With a strong drive to understand how and why companies choose to communicate and interact with their customers and prospects, Carl has been a key advisor and research lead for clients across a variety of industries, from financial services to technology to healthcare and more. His primary areas of expertise have been custom projects such as quantitative and qualitative message testing, thought leadership, advertising diagnostics and product research, as well as with long-running tracking studies focused on brand health, advertising impact, and customer A&U.
Based in Boston, Carl joined the VF team in January 2023 with nearly 12 years of experience in the market research industry.
