Although experienced in several innovative methodologies, she’s an expert in customer experience journey mapping, longitudinal custom tracking studies, custom segmentations, UX testing, communication evaluation & optimization, and niche B2B audiences.
Morgan earned her MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and her BA in Strategic Communications and Psychology from Elon University.
