Even with nine years of research experience under her belt, Stephanie maintains her keen curiosity for new and exciting methodologies.
Having begun her career at an ad agency overseeing the ad-tracking program for a large automotive manufacturer and then joining the vendor side to run a brand equity tracker for a popular digital company, Vital Findings has been the place where she’s been able to spread her “custom” wings. Since working at Vital Findings, she’s managed online communities and focus groups, moderated ethnographies and IDIs, organized and helped run client workshops, carried out segmentation studies, and conducted multiple PR studies that have gained nationwide coverage. Though having worked across several industries, her real passion and expertise lie within the automotive industry where she first started.
