Heather has nearly two decades of market research experience that spans a broad array of industries and methodologies.
Before joining Vital Findings, she spent years consulting with top custom market research firms, including Vital Findings, Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW), and Nielsen NRG. Prior to her consulting work, Heather was a Research Director with LRW. While her primary expertise lies in home entertainment, Heather’s industry experience includes everything from CPG to automotive and insurance. Her experience also spans a wide array of methodologies, from basic package/price/ad testing to more strategic projects, such as discrete choice and segmentations.
In addition to her research work, Heather has also held the position of Adjunct Professor with Syracuse University’s renowned Newhouse School, teaching Advertising/PR Research and Planning. She holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. Heather is part of our northeast team, based in New York.
