Heather has decades of experience designing solutions for complex business problems across a broad portfolio of industries.

Heather delivers innovative and powerful solutions for clients in various sectors, with a particularly keen knowledge of the CPG, insurance and entertainment industries. Heather’s impactful work includes designing an award-winning segmentation activation for a leading beverage company, guiding a well-known insurance carrier through the intricacies of a beneficiary’s Life Insurance claims journey, and supporting a major movie studio through the transition from physical to digital home entertainment. Heather not only delivers impactful results for our clients but is also responsible for the growth and development of the research team at Vital Findings.

Prior to joining Vital Findings, Heather spent years working and consulting with top custom research firms, including Lieberman Research (now Material) and Nielsen NRG. She also served as an Adjunct Professor with Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, teaching Advertising/PR Research and Planning. She holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. Heather is part of our northeast team, based in New York.
